200-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training
- 2027 Winter Session runs January 2 – March 21
- Early-bird saves $500 if you register by December 5, 2026
- Two live sessions a week with Cathy (6 hrs) plus ~5 hrs pre-recorded video

300-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training
